My first project through SocialPakt was on behalf of Lil' Orphan Hammies. In addition to celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the organization, it was important to the founder that the design reflect the fact that tiny piglets grow into large adults; a fact often overlooked by those in search of a pet pig.
As with most projects of this nature, I started out sketching; making sure that I had a correct concept of forms, musculature, etc.
I worked out a few different design variations using Adobe Illustrator. This initial version looked great, but didn't balance well for placement on a T-Shirt.
Design elements were restructured and simplified to give a more dynamic presentation.
Colors were finalized and the shirt was made available for limited sales online by SocialPakt.
